Hmmm, I dunno, perhaps it looks better in a bigger pic/higher definition, but neither design is readily recognisable. At least not to me that it.

I mean, I like the idea, just the chosen images really don't work for me.

The front is the skull of a snake combined with the wacken bull.
The back is a metallic snake.

I would really prefer some classy Snakenet logo. This is great art work but also should be easily recognizeable. i had trouble myself to think what is on the back.

Plus I would like to see something about Metal Nation on it. yeah, I know we have it every year plus I cannot design this myself so ...

Hmm OK, I thought the deal was the guys would start looking for ideas combining: SnakeNet Logo + Wacken + Something that makes the camp "special", while I was gathering the reference material (previous designs). Confused
The reason I haven't send those yet is that I thought we would first talk about ideas, define the project a bit better, and then post some drafts here for feedback. Obviously there's been a communication glitch.

I agree with Zelc and Lady_atrion, the design is very nice and skillfully executed, but we're not looking for a cool metal tshirt, we're looking for the 2010 Camp SnakeNet at Wacken tshirt, so both elements should be recognizable (so not a snake but THE snake).

I'll send the graphic elements I can gather soon.

I like the backprint but I also have to agree with zelc about the front not being recognizable. For such dual designs I'd stick to the official, more abstract logos and maybe have a clear cut between them so you don't have to look at it for several moments until you get it (at least that's what I had to do, though it's 5am here currently which could explain why I'm being a bit slow Wink ).

It's great artwork and I like the idea of combining both logos but the actual front design is hard to figure out what's on it.

And I agree with lady_atrion. The Metal Nation should be mentionend.

Looks nice BUT neither logo is recognisable so doesn't cut the mustard for me. We have always had a theme on the camp shirts and I'd much rather stick to tradition to make sure people will still know who we are by looking at our shirts Wink
And as Iwona pointed out, Metal Nation is a must!

My son goes to artschool so he makes special things.He wanted to present something different then the other years ,he didn't know you wanted the usual stuff.Also Tobi told me that he didn't have time the next 2 or 3 weeks so that's why Geoff wanted to show a test,better then nothing.I don't know when he has time again for a new design but I'm sure he will do his best.
