The hotel logicists end of things is what is keeping me from making any firm commitment on the if/when. I'm really not interested in spening $100 round trip for the priviledge of having a hotel room that allows smoking and I'm not going to have Buzz Killington ruin my stay by harrassing me over my non-compliance with their rules.

I remember this is one of reasons why you were so hesitant last year. What costs more the cab fare or the fine you get for smoking in the hotel room? I guess you should go with what's cheaper.

Actually though it wasn't to bad going out for a smoke last year at the Tremont. The weather was nice and there was always people to hang out with outside even at 4AM. Not to mention the fact that there was a lot of herb being smoked right outside the hotel and no one seamed to care. I spent a lot of time in "smoking section" and met a lot of cool folks hanging out there.

Cab fare. The fine is $500. That isn't the point though. I refuse to stay in no smoking hotels anymore. I ain't giving my money to 'em. And this is really why I probably won't go for more then a day. I can deal with the cab crap so I can see everyone for a while, but it will get old fast.
